Privacy and callback booking

The scheduling page shows whether booking is available. When it is unavailable, no callback form submission is accepted.
Information used for a callback
When booking is enabled, the form asks for your name, phone number, property address, email, timezone, preferred time, optional note and permission for Daniel to call about your property request. These details are used to arrange and discuss that request, and are stored in the booking database and Daniel’s private calendar appointment. Do not include financial account numbers, identity documents or other sensitive information in the note.
Google Calendar access
Only Daniel authorizes the booking service to access his Google account. Website visitors do not sign in with Google. The service verifies the authorized account and calendar, checks availability and appointment conflicts, and creates and verifies callback appointments. Calendar contents and Google credentials are not displayed to visitors. Public availability shows bookable times without appointment titles or other people’s details. Google account data is used for these scheduling functions, not advertising or unrelated marketing.
Service providers and storage
Cloudflare hosts the website and booking service. Google provides fonts and calendar services. These providers receive the network information needed to handle requests. When booking is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse, and the service uses hashed network identifiers to limit repeated requests. The submitting browser tab retains its pending request and confirmation in session storage so a lost response can be recovered without creating a duplicate appointment.
Records and your choices
Booking records and appointment identifiers are retained to support the callback and prevent duplicate appointments. Automatic deletion is not currently configured. Submitting a request is permission to call about that property request; it is not a subscription to unrelated marketing. You can ask Daniel during your callback to correct your details, cancel further contact or discuss removal of your request. This website does not currently provide a separate online deletion form.
Daniel can remove the booking service’s Google access through his Google Account connections settings. Removing access stops calendar operations; it does not itself delete existing appointments or booking records.
